選適用孔眼及中小型水管的側壁涂料生產線，它是巧用無氣噴砂機傳送來的壓力工業油漆，利用精制的噴管，使工業油漆吸霧后會直接型成音響喇叭形（園椎型、空芯），更加均勻地噴在水管內界面，而實現了水管的涂料生產線。 NKP-1型注意采用做Ф50-Ф300mm的管路，外墻乳膠漆用戶粘度不允許高出80秒（4號福特杯）。若藝術涂料用戶粘度超出80秒，用加液體撲滅。NKP-1型通常上不再通風管道厚度受限制，但建議不生長于15米。
