噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、耐磨材料收售率高，更加方便清換耐磨材料；

3、首要組合件開關元件均進行進口的車輛，體現了的性能維持，平安穩定，的使用期限長，維護保養方便；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、該機適用冷凝機組濾塵，第一個級適用風暴溶合器，其二級用油濾式濾塵系統性，其總濾塵吸收率會達99.99%這些；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；
